Demo (John McDonagh) and D.A.V.E. The Drummer deliver two tracks which narrate the times appropriately. Firstly is Mildly Disturbed, a Pounding track with a forceful kick, greatly intertwined polyrhythms, and frenetic keys, which keep the listener alarmed. All the while in tune with the strong high quality production arsenal these two have brought to the table.

The Title track "Insanity" comes in with a pulsating vocal and brooding overtone. By the time you realize what is happening, you're drawn into the processed not so obvious acidic baseline and sweeps that keep building to an epic crescendo. Out of that point full on Hard Acid Assault.
